I made two bookings by the fault of the MMT application yet during the entire stay I was trying to reach hotel staff as well as the MMT customer support to help me in removing one of the booking. Hotel didn’t had my two bookings yet MMT Customer support was trying to make their customers fool. And charged me extra for the fault of their app and my money got deducted as well as I tried reaching them every day of my stay for refund yet no help from the support team

The experience was nice, everything starting from rooms to toilet was good. Indian curries which we ordered for lunch and dinner were amazing but breakfast items and chinese items were pathetic. Hospitality was also good. People were sweet.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They charged me extra money beyond the agreed booking amount without giving any clear explanation. When I questioned the bill, the staff avoided taking responsibility and did not provide a proper resolution. This kind of dishonest practice is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I felt cheated and will not be staying here again. I advise other travelers to be cautious and check their bills carefully before making payment.And they are saying if u want to pay through card u need to pay 2.5 % charger which is not justify …

Go for it if your on budget or else you can try for a better property

Well the Hotel is situated well within 1-2 kms radius from the airport. Tried calling the property provided before checking in but no one picked up. Checked in the hotel at around 11pm. Room was decent however lacks cleanliness. Don’t go by the pics provided in the website as they may be misleading. In-restaurant Food is decent.

This seemed like a new tactic to earn extra money from customers. From what I observed, it looked like a pre-planned activity. During checkout, the hotel receptionist kept us busy asking for feedback and a rating about our stay. After about five minutes, they returned and informed us that we had to pay an additional ₹400 for pillow cover cleaning. We remembered seeing the pillow condition during check-in and thought it was fine at the time, but we didn’t expect an extra charge later. It felt like they deliberately created a distraction to slip in the additional fee. This seemed like a new tactic to earn extra money from customers. The hotel is at 5 mins walking distance of the airport so in case of late boarding or early morning boarding this is highly recommended. Good hotel with good rooms, but average customer service and amenities.
