There was a foul smell, beddings were not clean, washroom was not clean , smoking smell

The room was not maintained properly, we were given just one water bottle, which they claim to fill everytime you want, and if you want packaged, they'll give you 50 rupee water bottle only, which is a hassle. Also, they don't do room service when you're out an hung "clean my room" sign, we had to go sit at the reception for an hour, and that is when they cleaned the room, the staff lacks professionalism, the women at reception was continuously talking on phone in , considering the price this place is terrible

Rooms were clean. Food was good. Staff was courteous and cooperative. Location is near to all North Campus colleges.

it was a pleasant stay. the staff was very cooperative and helpful. the location is also a prime one with shops everywhere. the food was tasty and the complimentary breakfast was okayish, with less options. there were no fruits and it was not very fulfilling. other than that the stay was a pleasant one.

The location of the property was good, I have tried for the veg food which was awesome! Hospitality was good! Just two things which I didn't liked was the wi-fi was too bad with the speed and connectivity and there were no mini freeze with no dental/shaving kit. Overall the experience was good and may be I will again stay in the property if I want that location.

Most importantly the room is too good ..and the food is also very good.... location is also good...staff is too polite...and privacy is too much

I stayed 2 days in that property both the days television was not working, washroom tap is not fixed properly is was shaking

Simply put it was pathetic hotel 1) I stayed in Room 202...The cupboard door was broken and one of the doors was missing....Even the one door whichw as available was half stuck and could not be moved easily 2) The flooring in the room was damaged 3) The toilets eat had lot of stains and was looking really dirty 4) The locker provided was stuck and could not be used 5) No tissues provided in the room 6) The new towels provided had blood stains on them 7) The mattress was in terrible condition and when you lie down, it sinks down completely

We stayed for 2 days for admission of my daughter and services were really good. Breakfast was very tasty and healthy.

had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, easily accessible and well-connected. The food quality is really good, fresh and delicious with a decent variety. Service was satisfactory, the staff were polite and helpful. However, the bathroom condition needs a little improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. If that’s taken care of, the experience would be even better.

Small rooms , no ventilation, spoilt linen was provided, book at your own risk
