Checkin was very fast. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is superb. They accepted our request for late checkout happily.

We stayed at The Metropolitan on a family holiday. We found the location excellent for us to go around. Well connected to most areas. The stay was comfortable. Staff courteous and the food good! A little more care may be taken in room and toilet cleaning maybe.

It’s conveniently located near Cannaught place. Serves excellent breakfast. Rooms are little cramped but amenities are adequate. Reception and restaurant is polite and prompt. It takes just 40 minutes by cab to reach airport.

Staff was not courteous. While entering the hotel I had to scan luggae myself even through staff was standing there. Food options were very limited. During dinner when some item was ordered, it was refused. Room was good. And clean.

The hotel staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Room service was quick and prompt. Although the taste of food can improve. Two days of comfortable stay.

So i found curtains dirty, pool area dirty, veg food was not even average.. it was ok ok. So if one is spending for a night, we do expect tasty food, clean room but it didnt met my expectation.
