hotel location is good near to alambag bus stand and metro station. room service is very good and staff is very polite and cooperative.

I stayed at the property recently and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The food was tasty with good variety. Overall, a great value for money and I would definitely recommend it for a short or family stay.

The staff at DIDI are genuinely exceptional—attentive without being intrusive. My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotlessly clean.

Location of the hotel is good. Staff are courteous but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Food was terrible even they were requested to prepare the cuisine without onion and garlic, they agreed but didnot do. Even then food was tasteless. bathroom geyser point was non functional which was changed after complaint.

It was good ,all services were up to the mark. The hygiene was also good and the ac was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect as everything is at the walking distance.

Location of the Hotel is good, rooms are average, bath room maintenance is very poor, doors are in very poor position. Behaviour of receptionist was very aggressive.

Though it is bit tough to find in day time but hotel is easily accessible! Check-in & Check-out was seamless. Food was good.

The room size is good, but lack maintenance to AC, GEYSER, WASHBASIN, BATHROOM TAPS, etc. Along with urgent need to repair passage gallery, near reception area, lift lobby at 2nd floor, etc. for seepage. A few snaps are as under :

The hotel is clean. All staff is good and supportive. Food is very good and tasty.

Behaviour of receptionist was bad and rud. Despite given the solutions he was asking to cancel booking and time was 11:50 PM

Reception staff ko baat karne ki Bilkul Bhi Main Nas nahin Hai,

His infra is old but more specious in space, service is poor little bit, space im the room is enough but service is not good and ac is also not well

hey redbus team, just wanted to share some feedback on my recent bus ride—honest and informal. hope it helps improve things! the blanket situation: the one given smelled so bad, it felt like it came from a beggar. i nearly vomited—definitely not usable. curtain chaos: the same curtain was used by both upper and lower sleepers. every time i tried to close mine for privacy, the other passenger opened it. can you please provide separate curtains? water drama: we didn’t get water bottles until an hour into the trip. that’s way too late when everyone's thirsty from the heat and travel. luggage mishandling: at anvt, the luggage came out 15 minutes after we stopped. then at the drop-off point? no staff around. if someone had swiped my bag, no one would’ve noticed. that’s super sketchy. random stops + no breaks: the bus kept stopping randomly. if it’s supposed to be a nonstop trip (i didn’t check before booking), fine—but at least give a 20-30 min break for meals and for the driver to rest. driving all night straight is risky. honestly, it was one of my worst travel experiences and i’m rating it 1 star.

Amenities are good along with central location.Overall stayed for 4 days and had no issues except for limited food variety and found food a bit costly especially snacks items

Behaviour of reception attender was poor I forgot my shampoo and wash bottle after check in But these things stolen after that Receptionist behaviour seriously should be taken care off

व्यवस्था बहुत ही सुपर डुपर RO का पानी बहुत ही स्वच्छ व बेहतर सेवा। सभी सेवाएं बेहतर।। कमरे का आकार व सभी सेवाएं शानदार

The best service.... Hotel staff & room was exilent.... कमरा पर्याप्त बड़ा है। बाथरूम भी कमरे के हिसाब से शानदार है।
