Though the hotel is good, we couldn't sleep due to unnecessary noise by people in adjacent rooms as the marriage function was organized in the hotel. Lifts were also occupied most of the times.

The location is very good and safe. Everything available nearby. Food is good. Services are also good.

The receptionist was not polite. I booked the hotel so I think they were not happy. Room was not neat and clean. They have provided me a used bedsheet

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries.

My stay was okay, but the room did not match the photos shown. It was mentioned that there would be a King Size Bed, but the bed provided was quite small. This was disappointing and affected the comfort. Please ensure the details shown in the photos are accurate.

The place location works best for me and their buffet breakfast is very good. Their staff is also very friendly

Horrible managers! first of all everyone is a manager there and all of them are there to mess up things. They put someone else's food bill on my room. When i proved that it is not mine, they let me check out (it was a very small amount of couple of hundred and i was not paying only based on principal. But then someone called me when i reached lucknow airport demanding me to pay. I again explained the situation and told him that in the morning front desk had found the person who that bill belonged to. He thanked and hung up. But then every hour someone new called and i had to go through the entire thing with the new person again. Finally i had to raise my voice for them to stop calling me and investigate their mistake. My laundry went almost missing. I ordered gillauti kabab but they sent seek kabab. There are many incidents like that. Its a complete mess out there when it comes to service. And they are quite capable of taking fun out of your trip.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the regnant and i must say, it was an exceptional experience. The spacious and clean room made my stay very much comfortable.

There is a gap between the sliding door of the bathroom and the wall. Any person sitting on bed can see the person inside taking a shower. If somebody is attending to a nature's call, the smell is going out to the room. The plaster on the ceiling in the bathroom is falling off. The food doesn't have a lot of variety and even what is offered also doesn't taste quality. If you're running a hotel in lucknow like this and charging these premium rates at least take an effort. There were no glasses in the room and no chair. The bed was very small and a request for double bed made as soon as we checked in was denied within 1 minute - so clearly, the hotel staff can't be bothered with such trivial issues. If they're offering a room like this then it is for sure not for business travelers. At the very least they should advertise such a room as couples only. It was extremely embarrassing to share the room with my office colleague

Staff is busy at their stuff. No one is there to help in check in and check out for luggage. Lot of training required to hotel staff on soft skill

Stay was good and the property is maintained well. Good breakfast options and nice rooms. Bathroom has hot water availability.
