Old property Doors and locks need repair Washroom fittings are gone Stay is average Staff behaviour is fine Food prices are very high compared to limited quantity Also the restaurant guy kept on insisting to only pay in cash for some reason Food was tasty though

Air conditioning wasn't working, room glasses were filled with pigeons droppings, toilet was below average, staff aren't that much friendly.

The staffs are very helpful, the atmosphere is excellent. We stayed there for two days and the service is very appreciative, the room and toilet is clean and odour free. We will definitely prefer this property on our next visit as well as suggest to anyone interested

Hotel in very congested area, ambiance is good Food is served in room,not ideal for group members. Bathroom flush has some issues,hot water was not adequate. Complimentary drop facility was good but we required to pay toll taken charges.

At first glance, the place looks quite nice the reception area gives a good impression. However, my experience after check-in was disappointing due to several issues. The first room I was allotted had a non-working fan regulator, so the fan speed couldn't be controlled. I was then given another room on the second floor, but it was filled with smoke I'm not sure how other guests could stay there. The third room wasn't much better. The electric kettle didn't work and had to be replaced, and the intercom functioned only if held at a fixed position. Additionally, there were no shower Curtains in the bathroom. Overall, the experience with the room facilities and equipment was quite poor. On a positive note, the restaurant food was good- I ordered Chicken Malai Tikka, which was delicious and well-prepared.

I had booked this hotel for 3 persons (2 adult, 1 child below 12) years, at the time of check-in staff don't say anything like you have booked only for 2 persons. but in morning before breakfast they ask me to pay extra for my 2 years child.

Location is good. It is near to famous Sharma ki Chai. Rooms were small but neat and clean. Bedsheets were dirty. Staff was polite

Rooms are decent in terms of cleanliness. Corridor of hotel is very smelly. Overall good in terms of value for money.
