worst ever hotel i had stayed. terrible reception and front office staffs. lethargic. no interest in serving customers. no smart cards. heavy noise during day time. terrible hotel for business travellers. wifi doesn't work. felt like entering some govt office in some rural village where things happen when they are meant to happen.

House keeping, replenishment of beverages could be done much better. Bathroom fitting are functional but somehow. Wash basin flow out appears to getting blocked shortly. And most disturbing is trouble in opening the room door, the Smart card fails, even within hours of replacement. It had once opened by using the physical metallic key
