Nice Palace Service is best at all level staff is good & supporting

Property is Gud decent enough to stay with family . Just one request plz change ur mattresses as they r not comfortable at all.

The hotel was smelling so badly...every person who came to give us tea it anything had a guthka in his mouth...

Good amazing It's good I would say that most of the things are okay. How are few of the things where I would like to recommend a bit of developments in terms of you know the day when the guests are checking out no water no complimentary bottles are provided how this things shouldn't we shouldn't have said shouldn't have said that as this is not something which is great but overall my experience is a fair bit

It was nice overall, there was some problem with the AC but they offered to change my room so yeah it was okay.

Overall it was nice, the staff was good too, but the AC wasn't working and there was issue with some toilet aswell

Rooms are near and tidy.Restaurant and food charges are too exorbitant and are very high..A simple glass of milk (which will be not even half litre) is charged closed to 230/-plus...A simple buffet lunch which is below mediocre cost 650/- plus... Hotel has to do something good on their restaurant charges-Either increase quality like 5 star hotels and charge these high amount or come closer to realistic charges. Dear MMT Support Team, I had a very bad experience with the hotel I booked through your platform. When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and told me: "Room not for you. You can go now. I will not cancel your room. Don’t tell me anything. Please get out of my place." I was shocked and felt insulted and disrespected. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue or communicate professionally. I request you to look into this immediately and take appropriate action. Also, please process a refund or compensation for this terrible experience.

Wring wifi password provided Food was very expensive Ac was not working properly Bed side lamp was non-functional

Food is costly that should be some cost efficient Rooms are okay but washroom is not that good as per price location is good at main road not that memorable stay
