Small room provided for the booking of Deluxe room and parking staff and manager was rude and unable to communicate properly

hotel was good but toilet was not good ,water logging was the ,toilet was not good and should be corrected

Excellent stay!!!!! I was impressed by the efficient check-out process of the hotel Her name Jyoti . she allowed us to late check out and well explained about hotel amenities .Their customer service is also commendable.

House keeping services 0 Response time from reception 0 AC duct leakage in room 323 and even after raising concern it took them 30mins to provide incomplete support. Water drained out by the maintenance person was never cleaned. We checked in at 1pm on 14th August. Room 315 Card was not working due which electricity was affected and room change was done at 11pm

Room tarrife is little bit high compare to amenities waterlogged in bathroom main door are stuck room floor is chipchipa .no towel or foot mate in the room .They should arrange comb and moisturiser in the room..Staff behavior is good.
