familyVery bad experience. Located at a god forsaken place, 13 km away from sibsagar, the property is being managed by someone from guwahati with the help of a cook n his asst. So, there is none to talk to. Dirty toilets, no functional geyser, no towel, poor quality food etc made our stay very difficult. From water bottle to b'fast all were to be charged despite d declaration of bed n b'fas so we had to leave without having a bath n breakfast

Dear Mr. Goswami . Have noted your feedback but certain things I couldn’t comprehend. Our property is at ****ra town and if u had some problem with our property location you should not have booked in the first place , as our homestay property location is clearly available on Google maps also, and also you had called me before arrival to enquire on our address so I clearly couldn’t understand your concern on the location factor! Next time, I would advise you to please check the location properly before booking any hotel or accommodation. Second, there are two full -time staff available 24x7 who reside in the servant quarters within the compound area at the homestay itself , and this is a homestay accommodation which has an inventory of only 5 rooms and two full-time service staff is there at the property exclusively for guests. Their contact service numbers are displayed and pasted on every room door. Also I had been informed that day about one of the geysers was not functional , but then he also immediately arranged for a hot water bucket for your bath. Also toiletries are available upon request and we provide them free without any charge. For water bottles and meals etc you have been conveyed before and during your check- in also that these would be chargeable as extra as you have booked through MMT which doesn’t include any meal plans. As regards to the cleanliness of the toilets , I have taken note of your concern and I will definitely look into the maintenance issue and we are sorry that we couldn’t meet up your expectations. But also to let you know that if you had any problem before or during your stay you should have called me directly ( since you had my contact number ) or informed the service staff , and we could have shifted you to a different room setup altogether. We as hosts, especially in a home-stay setting , go beyond the usual to provide and serve the guests if they raise any concerns during the stay. You may check our Google reviews that we have been highly rated and appreciated by all our guests who have stayed in our place, but this is the first incident where we could not serve our guest to the expectation and I am really sorry if we made your stay uncomfortable. Thank you for your feedback.
