as you charge it is not worth. room condition is not OK. poor quality of rooms fittings is fitted. quality of service is ok but need to Improve. naam bade or darsan chote. phoot shown awesome but feeling after stay is bad. need to improve a lot.

Very bad experience by me in this hotel i find this hotel on mmt and i booked with some discount but when i reached to hotel with my family and the person on reception told me to call mmt call center first then i'll give u rooms. When i asked him that this is your way to treat your customers so the rlpy me that how mmt gives u room at that price. And it will take long argument with that person.

This hotel surrounded with dirty area. Road is very narrow as well.

Rooms are good but they didn't cooperate us for any service, they are using expired salt packet which was expired in 2019 but still they are using it.

Hotel was having foul smell in lobby, mosquito was there in the area. Food (dinner) was bad and taste was not good. Bathroom shower was not working. Stay was not worth. Only good thing about hotel was it was built in a heritage style.

The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. The place is nice and clean and the food is good. It is approx 4km away from Umaid Bhavan and in the evening you can see the Mehrangarh fort right opp to the hotel terrace. All in all a good place to stay in jodhpur.

Location was not good, room service was poor there is no food service after 11 pm, we had to rush to a shop outside to get mineral water.

Hotel is good and have close proximity to main market Nai Sadak. Food at hotel is over priced would suggest to go Nai Sadak and visit Janta Sweet Home. Cheep and best shop in Jodhpur.

Heritage building. Very nice location with a view of both Mehrangarh fort and Umaid Bhawan palace. Good place for doing local shopping at Ghanta ghar local market.

Excellent all service and food

The excellent property but inefficient management

Decorations quite impressive. Staff behaviour also good. Room size also quite good and spacious, washrooms were clean. But the walls were dilapidated. The television was of the very ancient model not the LCD ones. Overall fairly good stay, but rooms could have been better as compared to the price.

Hot water problem temperature is very low and they have solar water heating system.

Old type have is, but decently maintained and very poor location in the old City, not easily. Accessible by cabs and taxis. They had provided very limited options for breakfast.
Bathroom was not very clean. All taps and shower were not working properly. There is no proper hot water supply in the shower and tap. Television set which was provided was an old age model and very small in size.
