Terrible Stay

I paid amount 2800 rupes for super delux room with breakfast but they said they ask to take room which was used by someone else from their hotel only. It was already occupied with someone. There things was already there. Moreover there is no service there was no arrangement breakfast reception guys was missing till 10 am no body picking the call at reception guys why you give the option to book the hotel which is not able to give services poor experience ever i want to refund back. I want my refund back. Everything is written what do you want me to do ? i want my 100 percent refund you guys are just looting us. . I want my money back
