Grand Hotel

I stayed at this hotel as my son was supposed to join a job in a company in Jamshedpur. The hotel was near to my son's official accommodation place. The standarad check in time is 12 noon. The hotel was just okay. The price for non AC single room was too much. There was no Tv or WiFi facilities given. Food service was available in hotel. There was attached bathroom. Room service was not regular. I am not satisfied for the money I paid for the hotel.

I am your regular customer but this was the worst hotel I have ever checked into and which surely didn't match to the price. Further I was charged Rs. 1388/ for the room whereas Goibibo was providing the same hotel room at Rs 700/-. The hotel manager too was surprised that MMT has charged such a high price for a non AC room as theirs whereas they themselves provide the room at 700/- On calling your Customer Care I spoke to Mr. Raj who bluntly refused to help me and asked me to book hotels from other sites. I have never faced such a pathetic and rude customer care as yours. Any time you can check the price at Goibibo or from the hotel itself, that you had overcharged me. The Grand Hotel is Well connected with public transport system. Most visited tourist spot is nearby of this hotel But the Room showed at the time of booking not match at the time of check-in. Rooms needs to be more clean. Geyser not present some of rooms.

It was an average hotel with small room having old antics and old tv. Etc. I will not recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Jamshedpur for more than a day. Staying in this hotel for a night is okay. On seeing the bathroom and other amenities it seems as if the owner is not in a mood to renovate the rooms and spend money.

Hotel is in good location, hotel facilities are good, hotel services is good, value of money, average but pic room are different I am not happy with check in room but all about services is good facilities good.

Really it was a good experience of staying 3 days in Hotel Grand, Room Service was very prompt and Room was nice and clean, the Bathroom was also clean all the staff was well mannered and food was also Good and tasty & most important is the WI-FI facility was prompt. Over all it was a Budget for all & Good For Stay.

Worst hotel ever. I request never book this hotel .. Worst service. Behaviour of hotel staff are worst. Location is too far away from tatanagar railway station. Hotel grand is worst hotel in tatanagar.

Room is not good, as per rate and AC room, very old looking. Need to improve room decoration. Service is OK, snacks is so, if it will be improve, I will be visit regular this hotel due to location..

Big broker MMT, worst service, no room service, no house keeping staff, pic at MMT was false, not a single room available like pic. Never stay there, they get customer through only MMT, otherwise kutta v sughne nai jayega

Fantastic hotel in Jamshedpur and large room and good facility and so wonderful house, cheaper and full. Perfect room facility and fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner facility and always quick response in Hotel Grand manager.

Room service was prompt but the towel bedsheets and bathroom were all stinking. It isn't worth the money. Location is good. WiFi connection was good. But TV channels are also not working most of the time.

Location is good. Staff behaviour average. Rooms are old style. Bathroom was not cleaned. AC not working properly. Communication is very good. Food was good. Mirror was not available in bathroom. Washbasin was not clean properly. Bathroom interior wall was very old.

Pathetic experience, rooms were old and dirty, toilet was not clean. Perhaps I was only person who was staying in this hotel. Overall I have worst experience during my stay in this hotel. Location of hotel is good all other things are not favourable.

It was worst hotel in my life. I paid 1900 rs for simple AC room which was called suit. Behaviour of hotel staff was seriously very bad and they did not provide me free breakfast which was included in it. I seriously appeal to makemytrip officials please don't allow booking through your site for this hotel this hotel is seriously very bad. It downgraded your site image. Please take this issue seriously. Main problem was that I was thinking to cancel it but they refused for any money thank you.

Really, a great experience. Nice room with hygienic food. All staff are very helpful and a homely environment. Near to Railway and Bus-stand and market is also just close to the hotel. The behavior of batter to manager is very nice. Most unique is its Plant decoration done by the hotel management which feels like most homely yes as a guest I suggest for a fish aquarium it's increase the interior beauty of Hotel Grand.

Hotel was very unhygienic. Mug, bucket were very dirty. Pillow and bed was dirty and old. Even towel was yellowish in color. Cockroach and other insects were inside the room. I will never prefer anyone to stay there... Worst experience.

Cooperative manager and home made food. Hotel rooms are very good as per price, wi-fi facilities also available, rooms are very clean, room service is very good, the water is cair for all customer. Hotel Grand is a very big hotel and placed very well place, all the customer are blading hotel grand. Hotel manager is very nice and cooperative person. Overall good experience. Location is good and nearby to Sakchi Market. Food is very nice and hygienic just like home made, Totally homely environment.

Room quality are very poor & location are not bad ( distance from Jamshedpur railway junction approx 5km ), also service are bad (food quality not bad). Bed sheet are not fresh. Air condition & A/C remote are not work properly. WiFi Service are not bad.

Room was not clean.. TV was not working. Window glass were broken. Hot water machine was not working. Because of that I have to Bath by cold water... Room fan not working properly... Hotel kitchen is very bad and dirty.

Very bad condition of room. Filled with cockroaches running everywhere in the room. Complimentary breakfast was not provided. They had cancelled it for no reason. Staff members will keep disturbing you either over phone or knocking at the door. Dirty bedsheet, towel and pillow were provided. Tata Sky never worked. TV was just for show. Useless hotel. You will get much better hotels in the same price in much better locations.
