No food given, location was perfect, near to main road, room was clean, bathroom was also clean. But when we reached there, the watchman (the care taker)was not giving the room keys only and saying that this room rent is much high..can't be given on this rate..after showing the make my trip site details also that we got thus rate on the above site, he was kept arguing. Then we asked to talk to the manager, he called him but no body answred the call, then we told let us enter the room n use the washroom.will pay the extra amount in the morning. Then he allowed but was very rood. Then morning ge told that he had a word with manager n he agreed the make my trip site rent

This is very good place for stay and not so far from main city ..Onwer of this property is very kind and helpful..everything was very good and clean .. very close to highway ..bed washroom hall and kitchen was very clean love to stay here if I get a chance to go again to Thrissur

Though ac room, no woolen blankets are not provided, only cotton bedsheets are provided. Even in railway ac coach woolen blankets are provided. No almirah, hangers, are provided. Hot water not came in the water tape in the room allotted to me. Last time the room allotted was good. I stayed there two days, but both days tv not worked. Totally i was disappointed to have stayed there.

Really very good hotel in this surrounding, rooms are well maintained and kitchen facilities are also available. It is kind of 2bhk and we can book rooms based on our count. We stayed 3 adult and 1 child and one of bedroom was allotted to us. Service person is very nice, didn't hesitated any of our request. Definitely this hotel is suitable for family and also for grounds.

It’s a average home stay (almost like a home. You won’t feel cramped or lack of space as it’s a proper 1/2 bhk. It’s clean (not spic and span. Need improvement in terms of working conditions of appliances before rooms is rented out. This place is recommended for families as long they don’t expect 3 or 5 star hotel requirements. Has some room for improvements. Overall a decent stay

This villa is located in Thrissur, We were given the entire ground floor with 2 rooms, hall and kitchen for the night. There is ample space to park more than 2 cars and we parked 6 big motorcycles. The property is pristinely maintained and the whole experience was seamless, The host was a kind gentleman who kept in touch with us by phone. The washrooms were luxurious and I am happy to have stayed with Grace Guest Homes. 10/10 experience would come here again without fail

Bed room and clothes are fully dust not able sleep well. Very poor on maintenance

Good hospitality. Took rest here for a night while on the way to munnar.

Room provided was not properly cleaned, spider webs, particulate matter (dust) near tv stand, stingy smell(closed and unused room,. Complained about the same to caretaker and shifted to another room which was ok.

Five star experience definitely. Caretaker was so nice he helped us through everything. Anytime we call him and he is there. Amazing place to stay definitely.
