hotel location is amezing and hotel staff behavior is also good rooms is so clear thanku so much

Golden laurel inn is an excellent hotel, walking distance from railway station and amenities and staff very good. Food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. Staff very courteous and quick. Bathroom clean and in good working condition.

The toilet is not good, the room is ok. Breakfast is below average

Everything was good but there is smell in room, 2 times room freshner was sprayed even though there was seapage smell in room

Very cordial & cooperative. But travel desk is not there dependent on outside vendors

Staff service was not good and room quality was also not good and there r too much power fluctuations. I am not satisfied with this hotel

Food are very delicious. But having power issue throughout the evening

It was almost fine, depends upon cities, like we get instant n best service in big city but little lacks in smaller cities. However it was satisfactory but to improvement is always there. Thanks n best wishes. Will again be there in first week of dec. Will observe then.

1hour waiting for checking i already mention to checking early 1pm checking

I have booked two room for five people. One room for 3 people and another room for 2 people. They provided very small room for three people(even that is smaller than which booked for 2 people. Some how they adjusted extra mattress in that room. Even bed size was suited only for two people only. The other room was very smelly. Room was smelling like vomit may be because of there is no window and no ventilation at all. Washroom was not clean at all and water extrusion point was smelling like sewage and water was getting stored near commode and jet spray was broken. I payed more amount compare to other hotel in deoria and not satisfied with their service. Better chose another hotel in deoria. And at last i paid food amount by credit card and they selected em i option because of that i had to pay 13% more.

Rooms are small for two person. Breakfast food is not good.

The rooms are well furnished but without any external window. The rooms had all necessary toiletries. The food was ok.

Room is spacious wash room is clean room is clean staff is good. Value for money

Hotel doesn't provide GST bill when booked.
