Terrible. Please refund my amount. We have 4 adults 2 kids Two double in a single room thats fine No person to serve our bags There is a cockroaches in the wash rooom No hanging things to handcour clothes No chairs Bucket is also a very dirty And hotel is in the street And the incharge of that room saying please cancel the hotels i will give u / discount. In the washroom roofs is destroyed. No one is there to serve the tea. Plates or glasses. Please refund my payment complete payment. I hv own shift my bagages to the car.

I have clearly raised a complaint on 13th nov’2023 that there is no such hotel in dwarka for which i have paid to mmt. It is very much clear that mm t is not verifying the authenticity of the hotels and taking full amount from the customers. Strange. I really had a terrible experience with mm t as i had to roam around for nearly 1. 5 hours with my family in search of my booked hotel. I could not find it and later i came to know from the locals that there is no such hotel over there in dwarka. Never ever i will book any hotels or any flight or train tickets from mmt. This is was my last booking with mmt. Despite of knowing my experience you keep on sending messages to share the experience of the booked property. Truly strange. It is disastrous. Pols dont fool your customers who trust you blindly.

We were offered a used room with blankets crumpled over it, toilet had gukkha spitted on wall, potty floating in the pot, bedsheet had shoemarks over, and paints wer peeled off the walls at multiple places, location set on google maps is wrong, i had to walk reverse with senior citizens. Even drinking water provided was old and used by another guest points i would highlight is as follows •its just a room situated exactly on road and not any hotel •they do not have any waiting area if u early chk in •no reception,no room service and no restaurent. •false ceiling is ready to fall on head anytime when u visit washroom. • lacks basic things like towel, soap, tv, and chair. •service guy is not available on call. U may need to chat with him as he is comfortable chatting on whatsapp rather than picking call •building is super old, covered with a few tiles n basic wall plywood to hide the falling cement
