Girivar Nikunj

I booked my stay at girivar nikunj. When i reached their the hotel said that my booking was cancel-led due to occupancy issue. Makemytrip customer care booked another hotel which was 20 km away from where i was. But i did not take that hotel as my whole day would be wasted. I asked for refund but customer care refused the refund as well. I will do a written complain to consumer safety about this because i did not stay at the second hotel and i even did not get a refund.

Poor service , flush was not working .

very bed experience

We didn’t get the room only

no light facility and bed sheet and blanket and pillows r dirty. no service after paid triple..

For this property, i advised no one should visit with family. No staff, no security, poor hygiene. When i reached no attendant was present, after complaining to mm t only one staff had come and gave us room which was not opened since long. After that the only staff also gone. No one was there to serve us. In wash room no flush working and many other problems. Mm t should not tie up with t bis type of property.

It's good for living, everything is very close to this place.
