Perfect place to stay, clean property, with all the amenities, staff is lovely and co-operative, food is delicious, you will get everything under one roof.

Rooms are very spacious, breakfast had lots of verity’s. But facilities need to be more modern. Specially in washroom.

I booked a room in this hotel for 1 day - 25th-26th august. I had to check-in early around 4 am, and they overcharged me 1000 inr for that. And that's how my stay started. Hotel staff for not professional at all. They were almost rude to me, and they tried to overcharge me at any chance they got. I booked a room for two people and still, they asked me for 1800 inr over and over again until i shoved the proof in their faces that the room was booked for two people. They also threatened me by saying that " ham aakpo zabardasti rok bhi sakte hain agar aap poora payment nahi karenge toh" overall my stay was very poor. I did not even see the manager around. Two boys sitting at the reception sounded like a bunch of crooks, they were very very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you care about your peace of mind. But hey, the food was decent!

The management staff doesn't know about there own responsibility towards their guest. No electricity, no water. Totally a terrific experience.

Ok for a night but management outsourced, after that it is not good

They had a function in their lawn hence the service was lousy. Room 318 was not clean, bathroom was smelly, AC was not working for any of the 5 rooms we took, but it was not required.

Good for a highway stay, but not recommended for longer periods. The service levels and very poor, and better service levels (esp canteen service) could help the hotel increase profits. Cleanliness is good.

Not a very good hotel. Room had some problem. Bar room is far off and outside accessible. Restaurant and breakfast is also poor.
