Location is good. Here complimentry means Idly - 2 nos or Dosa - 1 no or Voda - 2 nos like this any one only. In MakeMyTrip showned number of amenities but here only some amendments only. Service is very bad. Mini fridge is not working, AC is also not working properly. Room is coming bad smell, old building, Bathroom is very very bad, Tub bath is not working etc. Finally very harible stay in my career.

Hotel room is average. Phone does not work. AC has one temperature set. Breakfast is delivered from outside so we have to pick an item and if that item is not tasty then there is no choice. Water supply in bathroom was worse. It would come either scalding hot or fully cold in all taps.

Thankyou for the feedback sir, we are very sorry for the inconvenience faced. With fabric, the little rust marks that appear on few of the towels are from drying under the sun on metal hangers. The feedback has been shared with laundry department and necessary action has been taken. As the days were cloudy and we use solar for hot water, the water were lukewarm, so we are providing hot water heaters to the customers on these days. Kindly rise a request to the front desk before using the water so that we could provide you with hot water. We assure you that your stay with us in future will be flawless. Thankyou sir.

average old school type of hotel ..but staffs are really polite and supportive and they don't have in-house kitchen ,have limited breakfast without coffee tea that is too you need to confirm what you need in breakfast like idle or Pingale or poor which they will bring it from nearby hotel

House keeping is some what okay for this hotel. But the night shift reception team is some what harsh. They don't have a minimum facilities of drinking hot water like kettle for hot water, tea and a mini pantry. I didn't take any photo's
