From blankets to food to safety everything was so pathetic, found underwear’s under our blanket hence they did not change the blankets which is very obvious, wish ask for a refund.
I’ll definitely give a thumbs up to the property but oh my god i can never forget we found a used underwear under our blankets, now you can imagine we had gotten used blankets also there’s no way to contact anyone, it’s a huge property, i payed around for one night and it was all in vain !

I would never recommend this place to stay. It is fine for a small retreat, nothing more. We checked-in at 4 Pm. There was hardly any staff to help us. After we checked in at their reception, which is at their Club house, we struggled for 30 min to find room location. There was no staff to guide, the markings were not there on roads and it's a Hill Resort so rooms are about 1 km away from reception. We got lot many a times and drove into dead end on hill roads. It was horrible and we finally got hold of one staff member who guided us to room. The rooms are small, not so clean and not so well maintained. There was no staff to help us after we took room keys from one of the staff person who cleaned the room before we got into the room. In evening, the place was totally deserted and dark. No staff on duty near the rooms, no lights in common areas till 8 PM after which I got hold of night guard who just arrived at duty. We didn't know the sure way to the Club house where dinner was served. We got lost a few times more while going for dinner. The food, Club house and location is very good, but their rooms, service and hospitality is the worst I have experienced. There are no phones or intercom in the room. So if you need any help at night, only god can save you. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this location. Going for half a day of retreat is fine, but stay experience is horrible

The place is as beautiful as one can imagine. Located in the foothills of Shivalik Hills, the place is serene and tranquil. The services especially room service needs to improve big time. Food is good though!

Electricity issue, unprofessional, poorly maintained rooms.
No TV and basic amenities, insects crawling on floor, dirty bathroom, no telephonic connection in room, very unprofessional arrangement, no buffet breakfast, need to choose from 3 items only,that too after 8:30 am, I got late, before that no staff available in restaurant, no current in room for an 1 hour in night.

Went with family. Its a good place to move away from daily hotch potch. Only tea-coffee milk is available as room service as restaurant is bit far from rooms, but it is quite good. Care taker is very helpful and friendly. Security is good too. Its a very good experience.
Paint should be done. Paint on walls was off at few places.

Everything was all right, peace area, no pollution.

Food was tasty. Liked the food taste.
Should have one more kitchen near to the forest rooms. Telephone should be there in the rooms. Room services should be improved.

While the surrounding are great and green, they need to really work on the rooms and service.

Lawns are the reason to its must visit. Rooms are pathetic. Good for one time visit.

Basic facilities like tap, water problem, cleanliness, telephone and room service were not provided.

Everything was scenic but the rooms were below expectations given it is such a beautiful property with security to guide you through the ways. Also, the service during breakfast was poor and delayed because the focus of the servers was on the larger group. One thing I would like to suggest is to arrange activities for everyone and make the stay more interesting.

Rooms are small in size and room service facility is missing but ambience is good worth for money. Also the route from restaurant to rooms is too scary in nights due to unavailability of street lights but they have a very good security. Also the food esp. The breakfast was very tasty but very limited options.

Rooms are so old and overall feel dirty. There is no view from rooms. Outside rooms staff was sitting in lawns as if it's a local picnic spot. I didn't check-in in to hotel after seeing the rooms and no reply from makemytrip regarding my refund. Hotel denied my refund request and I am waiting to hear anything from Makemytrip from last 2 days.

It's has awesome ambience ... Love the nature around. But the rooms could be much better .. It's needs more facilities. No room service. TV wasn't working ... No telephone ... You are all alone by yourself but love the nature

Nice view but many drawbacks washrooms are dirty rooms are not even good. For breakfast we gave to go to restraint. Lot of insects roaming around in the room. Leaky washrooms. Not even got a working TV connection
