Terrible Stay
the rooms and washrooms were not clean at all . they showed three rooms at first all were dirty , there was dust in the wardrobe , the comforter in one room had a hole in it . the toilet seats were not clean the shower curtains and bathroom's door had black fungus on it . the tap was not working properly . if there was refund available I would have taken it and left immediately. the hotel rooms looked old . plus after seeing the rooms we went around nearby shops and asked people if they knew anyone who had stayed there earlier to ask the price because after seeing the hotel I got the idea that there is no way these pathetic rooms are worthy for one night and I was right they are charging way too much where you can get these rooms for around800-900 rs per night if you walk in there . would not recommend it to anyone

One of the worst hotel in khajuraho with no facilities and untidy washrooms. Hotel staff is very uncooperative and they charge too much amount for the tea and breakfast. Wont recommend anyone to stay here!

Dear Rajat You have booked 6 rooms on Ep( Room only plan) for marriage purpose for your staff and writing this review because you have not got free breakfast. Next time please please book our hotel on CP plan (Room + breakfast) otherwise you have to pay for menu rate as this time ( our rate is cheaper then other nearby restaurants)and please don’t bargain Our rates are fix in restaurant. Horrible service and experience
Horrible experience. Extremely dirty with soiled bed covers and pillow covers. Ugly broken room furniture. Very uncooperative staff. I guess the bed has bedbugs. Fan makes a terrible noise

Poor Stay
Poor room service, no complimentary water bottle received, neither towel was there in the room, neither soap. Very hopeless, service phone not working neither tv running. Very disappoint.

Hotel was fine the service part for was terrible took 1 hour 30 minutes for dinner so had my dinner out second day. Have asked room cleanliness but in was not cleaned. Rest every thing was fine. Regards virendra singh general manager hotel om tower jaipur

Terrible Stay
The room condition was very poor. The bed in the room was broken. Tall claims by members but zero results as far as room service experience is concerned. The staff's behaviour was very rude. No professionalism. The bed sheets, pillow cover, towel, quilt were dirty. The toilet area was in very poor condition. Only one single soap bar was provided. Mosquitoes were there but no repellent. One 'agarbatti' (incense stick) was being given as a solution. Had to change two rooms before i could settle for a 'less horrible room. The manager was totally absent from the scene as if he was not bothered at all and the bell boy was dealing with the situation in the rudest way possible. Overall terrible.

Very pathetic and disturbing experience
No food facility available, manager said that cook not available now a days they only have cook in peek season, basic morning tea also not available if you want tea in morning at 7 am you have to go 3 km distance market from the hotel and got the tea, for breakfast and lunch and dinner you have to go in the market which was 3-4 km far from this hotel, so it is better you booked a hotel near the market or which was placed in the market instead of this hotel. Hospitality poor, sometimes hot water also not available the hotel staff switch off the hot water geyser button which was available on the top roof and you not have hot water every time you have to make a call to hotel staff then they switch on that switch on the roof then hot water available. Next time i have to booked a hotel which is placed in the main market.

Hotel condition
Hotel bathroom, light issue, hot water all are problematic, need to improve, all staffes are very good behavior.
