Dudhwa Nirwana Retreat

Very good ambience. Nice large hotel rooms. Air conditioning worked very well. Food was good, though a bit expensive. Service was good.

Location was good but staff was totally unprofessional specially manager we were ill treated.we were forced to stay in another hotel where ac was also not working .

I had booked three executive rooms. one from make my trip and Two from agoda. fair was completely different from make mytrip with breakfast and lunch/dinner but booking with agoda breakfast and lunch/dinner was not heileghted but I booked two rooms and after taking breakfast lunch/dinner with aggoda. agoda's expense was very cheap Dudhwa Nirvana retreat provided us three rooms but one of three rooms was not looking like executive room because the texture of bathroom availability of shampoo etc in bathroom and other texture of room was different. The receptionist boy told that room will be cool after 20 minutes starting the AC The room was smelling like any dead rat All night I was with room spray provided by the receptionist boy and couldn't sleep For safari I tell the receptionist boy to book safari for next early in the morning and he assured me that safari is booked for you next in the morning at 6 am he told that safari's fare is 4500 but at night 12:02 am I received a call to pay 6000 for safari and I paid 1000 to him atonce for fuel and 5000 next morning. swimming pool experience was very good and we all enjoyed it. Out of three rooms two rooms was very good.

Food was good and freshly prepared every time.Even we got freshly prepared breakfast at 11 after returning from safari.pool water was clear but full of bugs.location was not so good

property location, room upkeep and ambiance was good...food I will rate average specially the lunch buffet was pretty ordinary... need to have better quality of staff manning the reception as that is the first contact point between the guest and the property...

Service is slow , staff is polite but unprofessional, property is cool, pool area is very good.. rooms are fine but the worst thing was the bathroom, super stinky muggy and foul smelling. Property is new and fab but has some management issueI I hope they ll improve in future.

The stay wasn't good overall. Room was neat and clean but the charging points were not working as there was no power. I had to pick-up the entire kettle and move to another place in the room to have a cup of tea. The door stopper was loose, so every time you go out of the room you have an extra step to move the door stopper upwards otherwise the door won't lock. The service is poor as they don't respect the food timelines. The dinner was served approximately 1. 15hrs late despite communicating the original time of 8. 30 pm. Also, there is this annoying loud instrumental music which they keep on playing in the gallery outside your room. The food is decent but very expensive considering it is not a taj or oberoi.

Very good staff good service, swimming pool is very good. Lota of fun. Rooms are good location is very good. Resort interior and exterior is beautiful

The hotel was new, and the rooms were alright however the service was extremely bad, hotel severely short staffed, electricity fluctuating continuously. Food very average. Only good service can turn around this place
