Hi! I need help with something else for Booking ID NH2123169299309. I went to hotel for check-in. On reaching hotel authorities refused to check-in because they allot ed our room to someone else. On arguing with them for 15-20 minutes they said OK we can give you one room you have to adjust 4 people in one room. What the hell !?! We paid for 2 rooms and we had to adjust in single room ??? This was my first hotel booking through MAKEMYTRIP. And seems to be last booking !!!

Rooms were totally dark as no ventilation was there. Housekeeping was very poor and no facilities were available compare to other hotels. The money we spent on the room was not worth. Cleanliness was not all there in the room. Bedsheets and pillow cover were too dirty.

Good place to stay, but feels a bit outdated. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious but fittings are outdated. Rooms are still having old model AC's whereas bathrooms don't have showers, still bucket and mug type. Place is a bit noisy as well because functions and marriage parties are also organised in the same premises. But one must say the location is good and it suits me. It's pocket friendly as well.

Travelling from Delhi to Manali. Sought this for a night stop. Rite on highway Chandigarh Manali road. Nice to spend a night. Service was OK. There are restaurants just outside where you can have food.

Pathetic Rooms and badly shaped bathrooms

The rooms were stingy and dusty. Washrooms was badly shaped. I could fill one mug water in 10 minutes to wash my feet and then I noticed that the drainage was blocked and water stayed in washroom until we left next morning. Room was so full of insects.
