So so. Means not too good

There were mosquito in room. No arrangement. Drinking water was charged. Tv is very old. Toilet cleaning was very poor. No body lotion, shampoo was provided. Overall bad experience.

Poor staff and bad experience with hotel

We are couple and booked the hotel but staff person was asking for marriage certificate only which obviously no one Carried with them, and finally they denied not to provide any room, but MakeMyTrip team helps to solve the issue and provide me with another option. This hotel is worst in place with worst staff members. Don't go for this hotel at all

Mosquitoes and power breakage

AC kept tripping. No power backup, dirty toilet, restaurant closed. Bad experience, overall. Room not serviced during stay. No person available on reception. Billions of mosquitoes. I think I have exhausted my issues.
