Very dirty room and bathroom, no food and no good behavior of the staff. Going here is just a waste of money.

There is no any bad management by hotel. You booked deluxe room, hotel staff provide you deluxe room but after this you said you want super deluxe room. So deluxe and super deluxe room charges are different. Without make my trip permission hotel can't provide you super deluxe room whereas you booked deluxe room, after discussion with mmt customer care hotel staff provide you super deluxe room
