City Heart Hotel

Terrible food and staff. The hotel page had no clear pictures of the rooms. On arrival, the room that I got was impossible to live in, and extremely filthy. Had to pay extra to upgrade, only to be moved into a slightly better room. I was on a business trip and had to manage. The food was substandard and overpriced. Terrible stay. Will not recommend to anyone, ever. I never imagined this experience will turn out to be such a dull one. The staff was rude and uncooperative. 0 out of 10

Room bed is not very clean so please clean if we visit in future. Staff are very nice and supportive. I meet basically rajesh sir.

Location is not bad. Food is fine. Bed sheets, pillow covers and towels are not clean. Rooms were dirty.

I along with my family stayed at hotel city heart. I am extremely delighted with the services of wifi offered for my child's igko exam. Manager mr deep chand n staff mr roshan especially was very helpful for me all the time of any services i demanded.

Rooms are small, no tea bags and kettle in the room. Linen ok not v clean. This should be improved. Better property in Nahan. Problem is there is no good Hotel here so comparatively it is better.

Even after paying exorbitant charges for two rooms booked and no breakfast being included in the charges, there was no room service. Every time we have to dial the reception for every single thing to be required be it soap towel etc to tea coffee etc. One room was very small and other room was spacious.

The Hotel is very well located, near bus stand and near market place. We have booked non ac normal room. Room was quite spacious and nice, bathroom was big and clean. We did not eat at the Hotel as we found food there to be over priced. Rather we used to eat outside as there are number of eateries in the market. Hotel staff were courteous.

Great location, open view, neat and fresh rooms, courteous staff, prompt service, nice restaurant, good food.

It was good rooms were good. The most likely location in front of ground, very near to important building of cities. I like its view from my balcony, everything I like about it. Rest can say that overall good I like.

ok ok. nothing much.. location was good but nit other things...so need to shift to high rated room. that room was good enough. but they also need to maintain the non ac rooms. guys for future maintain your non ac rooms clean.
