Chera Rock Beach House,Kannur

If anything deserves 11 out of 10 stars, it is Chera rocks beach house. It is a secluded beautiful paradise, with rooms right on the beach. The staff are extremely courteous and polite and make you feel so welcome. We reached late past lunchtime, we said we are hungry, and they immediately sent over a fruit bowl and banana fries, me and my wife absolutely loved our time there. If you are still choosing, choose this property without second thoughts. P.S book the superior rooms, or the beach huts if you want to be on the beach. And DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT miss the sunset there. It is out of this World, and you can watch it from the dining area with a banana juice in your hand.

We took a room right across from the Beach. Sitting on the open balcony to the Sea and enjoying the spectacular Sea and sunsets. The food was very, very tasty. Consider the Western palate and cook not too spicy. The Beach is sandy and without rocks. The Sea is calm and the water is warm. The staff is very nice. It must be taken into account that a lot of stairs have to be taken up and down from the parking to the resort. The only thing that bothered us was that there was no hot water in the shower. But it is not a flaw in our enjoyment and if we could, we would extend our stay there.

The place is amazing and very safe for female solo travellers too. It is a very peaceful area, and feels like a private beach. The rocks and the coconut trees beside on the beach add to the beauty. The host and the staff are just awesome. They help you with anything and everything. We have to walk a little to reach the place. The food was very good, and is tailored according to what you want. You can prefer a weekday, if you want to feel like the entire place is yours 🙂. Local people often visit the beach in the mornings and evenings

Stay was good and we enjoyed well. Only minus is their pathway to resort. It's bit difficult to reach there for old age people's. Other point is internet facility they would have arrange wifi for customers though we don't get mobile network there properly. Other than this everything is fantastic. Most important thing is their food preparation u will never miss your homely food. There u will find karthikeyeni amma who prepare all tasty foods. Nivedh, he is the resort owner. He will take care and make sure your 100% comfortablity

The resort is built on the beach where there is no direct road access and hence zero outside disturbance. Its like having your own private beach. The view is simply beautiful with coconut trees all over, hammocks tied in places, there is a huge rock in the water very close to the beach. There is a fishermen's village nearby. The stay was very nice.

We went here for a day stay to primarily catch some Theyyams. And what a place this is. Most spectacular views, right next to the beach and awesome food. Great value for money. Nivedhan and his team are fantastic friendly and flexible. He helps us with local the yam sightings and would ensure our well-being from time to time. We are surely going be regulars at Chera Rocks.

We visit the location last week and it was an amazing experience. The Chera Rock Beach House,Kannur staff are really nice and the breakfast was superb. Nived, the property owner was so nice and would make arrangements for anything you ask for. We loved our stay here and look forward to visit again.

Location and hospitality is good but prices are too costly and mainly no ac which will make your stay very uncomfortable

People those who love to sit in front of the beach and enjoy it for hours, this place is ideal for them. And taste of the food is really commendable. Variety in dishes for lunch and dinner. We had a good time and staffs behavior also polite and helpful.

Clean white sand beech, nice tasty home like food with added varieties, friendly and courteous staff, perfect accommodation and location for family with kids. The place is not very crowded makes all the difference.

Great location, delicious food. One can see beach and sea from room itself. Beach is just a minute away. So many beautiful shells on the shore. One can easily spend hours and hours enjoying water and sand

Me and my husband spent 3 days at this lovely place and it was amazing. Yummy food, great service and nice place. Staffs are friendly. Looking forward to go once again. Thanks for the pleasant stay Chera Rocks. Keep rocking.

Excellent place. Very good room. Staffs are very cooperative. We had great time. Will like to visit again. If you want to spent good time with family and clean Sea Beach. This is the right place.

The location is very next to the shore n the food they serve is too good. Very nice ambiance.

The beach seems to be somewhere outside India. The Chera Rock Beach House,Kannur is decent. It gives a feeling of staying in nature. Away from day to day hustle. The rooms are decent.

2nd Time.. Its a paradise on earth... No complaints on any.. Points of Improvement can be... If the resort can think of things like few indoor games including cards/Board games can keep guest fully occupied.. The best part is the food.. Worth more than the Price.

The beach is a hidden gem, absolutely lovable! The resort is more of a home stay kind but lavish and rustic. Their superior room is the best place to be in. Would love to visit again!
