Hello Travellers, If you all are planning to visit Guhagar then I must say Chaitanya Nivas stay is an excellent option.I visited along with my family and family friends.The property and it’s premises is kept very clean.Hygiene standard is highly maintained.Parijat kitchen which runs it’s catering business in the same premises offers lip smacking seafood.The host Vidya Ghade is a very humble person and provides brief information about Guhagar to the visitors.Thankyou so much for the hospitality.

Best for stay in guhagar

This property is awesome. Spotless bedsheets and speckless room with a large balcony. Early mornings at this hotel is an experience in itself. You wake up to the chirping of variety of birds. We sighted some birds like woodpeecker and sunbirds on our room window. Do not miss to get a binocular to experience bird watching in the greens around this property. The host (satyawanji) and family are very welcoming. Hospitality is not their business, it is their ingrained character. We arrived very late in guhagar. The owner took me on his bike to get food for all of us. Staying here was the best experience of my entire trip. I hope i had stayed here longer.

familyComfortable spacious rooms. Great view. Caring owner /host. Will come again next time too and recommend the same too to family and friends. Only minus point is there is no lunch and dinner facility in the resort and the main market is 2 kms away

only issue is property mange by owner only no any servent or helper is there so all activities to carry luggages and collect tea are done by guest.... otherwise facilities are good... nature of owner is classic

coupleNeatly maintained property. They clean your room on a daily basis without you reminding them. Car parking is an issue. They have very limited car parking that too on a steep slope. Curtains are very transparent so privacy is an issue. Rest is ok.

Our stay at Chaitanya Niwas was great. The location is near to the City center. The view from the room is very scenic and beautiful. One can hear birds tweets early morning. It's a motel and provide only breakfast and tea, there are many good restaurants little far. I would recommend Chaitanya Niwas for family stay.
