Stay was good and staff are okay with the service. Rooms are neat and clean. I stayed for 4 days and it’s pleasant.

The hotel is in a good location, however the rooms are basic, the blanket is similar to what you get in trains, for Wi-Fi the voucher code they provide works only for one device . Although they don’t have a kitchen , they allow you to order food from outside. Overall it was an average stay

Loved the place . Nice interior. Not too much clutter stuff and decoration. Just clean room and nice vibe . Nice and tiedy room with clean washroom and nice room . Everything was kinda new and functional. Staff behaviour was really nice .

Firstly the front desk guy is damn rude, secondly if 3 occupancy there is no EXTRA BED, they give u mattress, Thirdly as claimed they do not give toiletries even when u book Deluxe ac room... gave 2 stars only coz of the helper guy named Durgesh... big shoutout only for Durgesh, thank you Durgesh for your service...only he knows how to treat his customer.... esp the front desk guy so damn rude... worse experience....

The staff was extremely rude. They count check-in and check-out time to the minute. When asked to give me 15 mins to check out I was being harassed by calls repeatedly. I would never recommend such a hotel to anyone. Even when they had rooms they refused to accommodate us early.

The Hotel was so clean. Staff was polite Specially watchman. And near to station.

Room is very good and spacious. But staff doesn't heard about hospitality or courtesy in thier life, need lot of improvement. One restaurant is on the same floor serves tasty food is an added advantage. taxi stand is just opposite, beware of auto rates. over all good

AC room excellent with good ambience. Service is excellent. Receptionist is very COOPERATIVE. Overall I was awesome experience.

Stayed at brindavan residency hospet for tour to hampi. Newly renovated hotel with clean spacious rooms. Staff cooperative, safe area, posh locality nearby, easily approached. Many good restaurants near.

It's in a prime spot, walkable distance to the bus stand, the rooms are clean and service is excellent. Will absolutely recommend to choose this

Rooms are very hygienic and well maintained, No toothpaste and No toothbrush are given, only half litre drinking water is given. after charging almost ₹3000/- at least as customer we expect these small small things has to be in place.. The rest overall is good.

Stay was ok but the experience with service was very disappointing. Furniture was designed very poorly with very sharp edges, which caused an injury. For the sake of toiletries a soap was provided, that's it. It's definitely not worth the price paid, it's more of a lodge rather than 3 star rated property as mentioned on mmt.

Good property, good location, reasonable amount of space in the room but no room service and one gas to personally look after orders gov-en to abhiruchi restaurant. Hotel is interested in taking order but not interested in serving
