Bilju Inn Munsiyari

Room was big, temperature at munsiyari was -2 degrees, no room heater, no water bottle no soap nothing.

Service provided by hotel was not appreciated. Hotel has not offered 15% discount on food & beverages. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of hotel manager.

Though we verified them about the discount but the management didn’t entertain any complaints. Overall it was a very bad experience during our stay at bilju inn.

The maintenance of the rooms and the property needs to improve a lot compared to the tariff charged per room. No amenities like soap, kettle, tea/ coffee was provided .

it is a wonderful stay, very clean property, location is wonderful, staff behaviour is very courteous. Food quality is good.

Staffs were cooperative. Accessories such as towel, soap & shampoo were not provided. They arranged cabs for visiting the tourist site. The fooding was nice and within budget. The hotel is at walking distance of 15-20 minutes from the munshiyari market. The helipad is at closest distance from the hotel. You can have view of glaciers on clear sky from the hotel itself. Overall experience was nice.

The property location is very remote. Iam not referring for the stay to any one. Very tough stay.

The room was average and bathroom was not that good. We were not provided the same room which was shown during booking

The room has excellent views of the panchachulli peaks. But room is oddly designed. No wardrobe to keep clothes. No place to keep luggage. Staffs are friendly but not too efficient. Room opens to common terrace which impede on privacy through the windows. Icy cold air comes through the window gaps.

Very clean hotel with great view from room and very supportive and courteous staff. Location to envy. Most recommended

The hotel has all the basic amenities. Don't expect luxury. Very nice and well mannered staff. Food is great.

There are two buildings and I got room in another building which is away and totally different from main building which has been shown everywhere, however rooms are spacious in new building but there is no basic things like water leakage problem in another room, light switch was not working properly intercom was not working for 12 hours. Hotel staffs are very unprofessional, I have raised issue many times for light switch problem but it resolved on another day. The main issue I have faced during my stay was when I returned to hotel in evening and there was no light in my room, I asked to receptionist lady that there is no light in my room and its dark but in other room there is light she told me that there is no inverter in that room and due to rain there is no light so you will have to wait for light. than I asked her have you provided free room to MMT customer in which no basic things are available and after some argument one guy came and told me that we are going to start generator. So, due to these unprofessional things my stay was not good at this hotel or worst hotel in my this journey!

The room we were given was too bad, faulty lock, no sofa, no tv, dirty room and bathroom. After a lot of requests they changed the room the next day. But our money for one night was a complete waste. Very bad service.
They gave us a horrible room with no sofa, bad tv, faulty lock and very bad quality bathroom. Even though next day they changed it but the overall experience was very bad.

The deluxe and super deluxe rooms were not good, so we upgraded to the family suit. The suit was great. Food and staff were very good.
