Atmaja The Cottage Garden

The location first of all is a village at least about 7 km away from malda city. also it is at the midst of a purana era village. Room is completely primitive and is dirty. all the bed sheets, pillow covers, etc everything are used ones. Even the towel what they gave was having stains, only the third replacement somehow made me quiet. Man, It is for a price ...I paid to MMT which is after gold member discount. It is not worth even for for an AC room. they promised so many things in the website but what you get is a stained towel and a cheap soap. but what I liked the most is the 75 years old care taker who was patient enough and tried to do his best with his available means. Otherwise it is a bad experience.

good for staying. if you have pet then it is great place for staying in Malda surrounded by trees,grasses.the house-staff uncle so much helpful.

I stayed at atmaja cottage garden for 4 nights; the stay was excellent, the cottage has beautiful greeneries with mango trees and so many beautiful plants, the area is complete peace and no sound from outside. It's very safe since the caretaker ensure the guests are safe always, he keeps the main entrance gate locked, so guests are complete safe inside the cottage. The guests can roam on the garden freely with fresh air, there is also one swing. They arrange food from nearby paying guest vendor; foods are good and hygienic and tasty. There is share auto/toto available from malda rathbari bus stop and it cost only 10rs to reach to cottage. There is minor issue with bathroon commode sparay positioning which i requested the owner to fix and he agreed. I will plan to visit again this beautiful cottage.

Terrible stay will not recommend to any one. No good lilens, no tv in room, toilet unclean, shivered in cold, food served cold

Stayed here for four days. Beautiful greenery, nice ambience, helpful caretaker, very good home cooked food.
