The staff was helpful but the room wasn’t very good! I mean I booked the room through your app and there I saw the room picture then I booked but when I saw the room I was speechless.

Terrible Stay

It was worst experience ever i had in my vacation. The room provided was completely different from what was shown while booking. Even after requesting a change, the new room was unhygienic, with dirty towels and a poorly maintained washroom. There was no electricity for 4–5 hours, and the staff was rude when I raised concerns. Room cleaning was not provided, and despite checking out a day early due to these issues, no refund was given. This experience was far below acceptable standards.
