Aristocrat Hotels

Staying this property was avarage. Room was specious, but lack of maintenance. Ac colling not enough. Overall the location in google map was incorrect and misleading. Big problem!

Aristrocat hotel in Tajpur is literally scamming their customer by setting image of the swimming pool as their display picture but the pool is beyond human use as the quality of water is so poor that no one can even think of dive into it. It's like a filthy water has remained unserviceable for long time. and they never informed it to their customer even after booking confirmation. And MMT being such a trusted leading online travel leader it can't deny it's responsibility to verify authenticity of services of the hotels that are enlisted in it's portal. None the less to add to our sufferings this hotel provides no room cleaning services and internet facility as router is installed only in one floor. They allocated rooms for us at the top floor where we extremely suffer for poor internet connectivity. More over bed clothes were not changed even after repeated requests while we booked the hotel for two continuous days. This hotel deserves negative ratings and it is like an austentatious display of sham and scam.

Property - There is no swimming pool but it is showing during online booking. In terms of amenities there are nothing. There is no such facilities. House keeping also very bad. Food quality is too poor. I can give rating to this property -5

most third class hotel... swimming pool dirty... not for usable room not clean.. washroom.. very very dirty.. no amenities available.. after 2pm no dinner available. Poor and poor service.. All room are Very very unusable for stay.
