No kitchen option,no billing available for room and food invoice.Switches and Plugs not working.No wifi option.....customer has to use own hotspot to watch tv.inefficient and irresponsible staff. when i checked in,there was no kettle,no water bottler,no tea bags. Had to request twice to get the stuff.No bell option in rooms....staff knocks and shouts at ur door to open it.
