The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A broken ceiling light was quickly replaced. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough, resulting in occasional connection drops. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Break fast not severed until 8. 45, no drink water and no dosa. Ordered coffee but have to remind the server 3 times. Hi-tel room was old smell and need new towels and shampoo and conditioner least they provided on r small pocket shampoo and oil for 4 peoples

Nothing works in this hotel. Mattress sheets were dirty, towels were incredibly dirty, tv does not work, wifi does not work properly, very expense for this half baked hotel. Reception was good but other than that nothing was good.

Poor hotel management

Rooms were not clean, smoke smell inside ac room was choking and despite complaining to the management - no proper action were taken although they claimed free breakfast on paying extra cost, the restaurant barely bothered about hotel guests. I had complained thrice but no food was offered at waiting for 35 mims. Least i could manage was to get refund while check out
