Good experience. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms were clean. Only minor issue i faced was water in washroom was not available for few hours in the evening. Overall i had a pleasant stay

Good only for a short term stay. It has 2 levels, the basement and the ground floor. The room we were in was in the basement. Ventilation was an issue, and the room had a distinct musty closed in smell. Spent one night there and asked for a change of room. The staff were decent about it and cooperative. The rooms are spacious enough for a couple. The restaurant has good food and service. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel location is also good, within a short ride from major sightseeing locations.

Great stay, they geyser in our room was not working but the receptionist was kind enough to let us use another room for a shower. Their restaurant "zaika had decent breakfast.

The hotel is at a very convenient location. Near to the airport. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The food is good in the restaurant but they charge 20% extra to give food in the room which should be removed. The rooms were cleaned and had enough useful furniture. They also extended our check-out time which was helpful.

Water from bathroom was flowing to the room. The bucket was also very old and broken. Tv was not receiving channels continuously. However, staff was polite and location was good
