I recently had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room that was given to me was in an extremely dirty condition. The bed sheets were not clean, the floor was dusty, and the washroom was unhygienic. It was very uncomfortable and nowhere close to what I expected. However, I would like to mention that the Hotel Manager was a very good person. He spoke politely and genuinely tried to help when I informed him about the issues. His behavior was respectful and professional. The main problem was with the Restaurant Manager. His attitude was completely unprofessional and rude. Instead of listening to the complaint, he behaved very arrogantly and spoke without any courtesy. Because of his very bad behavior, the entire experience became even more unpleasant. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory due to the cleanliness issues and the Restaurant Manager’s worst behavior, even though the Hotel Manager was very good and cooperative. I personally would not recommend this place unless they improve cleanliness and change their approach to customer service.

Location excellent. Just next to the National Highway (Googlr maps drops into the service road atleast 3km before, which was not necessary). The room was very clean and the service was very good. I appreciate the property and give a 5 stars to this property.

The hotel is with very less facilities, bed spread is not clean, fan is very noisy, no hand shower, water closet looks very old. Toilet fixtures are very old and outdated. All these to be improved. Not matching with the cost i spent. Not taken any images.

familyDisappointed overall. Room is quite tiny. No proper lights. When we asked for extra bed, they just placed a bed in the floor! washroom didn't have bucket or mug or even toilet paper roll. When asked we were provided with hand tissues. Pathetic

I think they provide rooms who booked in make my trip. Dirty stains in bathroom, shower does not work old lenins smelly out side. Since it’s on high way they are charging high. It’s not fit for business hotel. In-spite i asked to change room they denied. It’s not worth for 3800- for 1 person.

The stay was fine but even after charging a huge amount for the stay they don’t provide enough drinking water for the guests. Each and every time we have to pay foe each bottle. Only one complimentary water bottle is provided for 1 family per day. Staff and other things were good. Toilets and bedsheets were very very old. Exhaust fan in the toilet was nit working.
