room is not good not cleaned space is too low...no cleaning bed and bathroom

Stay was good. Location also is nearby the temple. But the amenities and the service is above average.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. The room was not up to the mark, and several basic amenities such as a kettle, telephone, and even Wi-Fi were missing. Additionally, we did not receive proper support from the reception team during our stay, which made the experience quite disappointing. Kindly look into these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.

The best part of Adiga is the location, right in front of the temple. The food served in the restaurant is very good and a variety of items are available. Room facilities are just OK for one night stay as the focus is more on Devi Darshan.

Good location. Amenities available are of moderate quality. For most ofvthe time during stay, the only lift available was out of order.

Location is good. Food is ok. No room service. Too noisy as the property is opposite to the temple. Small rooms. Expensive. No breakfast is included. No free WiFi facility. No proper security at the property. No cosmetics are offered in the rooms. On the whole it's an average hotel at a very good location.

Overall It was a nice, peaceful stay. The best part is that the hotel's near the temple. The staff's great. But, there was a drainage smell in the toilet. I don't know if it's in every room, but it was definitely in mine. They should fix that.Overall my rating is good.🙏😊

The hotel has not provided many items mentioned in the package like the kettle safety locker and shaving mirror. The woolen blanket provided was not clean. The bathroom does not have any mirror and not even a soap dish. In total the facilities were disappointing.

Hotel is in prime place near temple. Good for temple visit. AC wasn't working. No room service.

The location of the property was convenient for visiting the temple, but overall, I felt it was highly overpriced. The place was not as shown in the pictures . The behavior of the hotel staff was also quite disappointing. They charged for amenities, but hardly anything was provided. Even basic toiletries were missing; we had to ask for them, and all they gave us were two small bathing soaps—nothing more. For the amount charged, I had expected much better facilities and service. The cleanliness of the bedding and other linens was also very poor. Considering this experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone planning to visit.

the rooms where okayish some of the pillows were not clean and the parking was very tight the passage was very narrow, expert driver it requires

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, mainly because of its excellent location and facilities. The biggest advantage is the proximity to the temple – just 1 minute walking distance, which made it very convenient for senior citizens and our family to visit without any hassle. The hotel also provides 24-hour hot water supply, which was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The rooms were neat and can be more hygienic like stain free bedsheets , and the food served was tasty, fresh, and satisfying. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with everything we needed close by. Highly recommended for families visiting the temple.

Its not deluxe room , its normal room with AC , no wifi , not clean as shown in pic

I had a horrible experience with my stay at Adiga heritage. While checking in wanted an assurance that we will check out soon. He was very rude in his behaviour too. Myself and my husband both senior citizen were not treated well by him. I will not recommend this stay at this hotel. Their room is not worth the cost. No good room service. Stinking room and bedsheets pillow covers were not changed also. When we requested for change of room they refused. Most of the rooms were lying vacant but they didn't provide us with better rooms. We shifted from there on the next day to Mahalaxmi due to the rude behaviour . Very frequently there was power cut. Horrible experience it was.
