My First Trip to America- A Dream Come True!

I still cannot believe that I went to America! Had dreamt of going to the US since forever.

Planning a trip to the US can be a task due to various reasons like visa rejection, high cost of travel and long hours of travelling. I consider myself fortunate to have completed this 5-day trip.

New York- Being in New York is like living in a Hollywood movie. The walks on the streets, the chilly weather, and the morning run in Central Park…. God! It was like a dream.

In addition, Time Square was just something else. They call it the "city that never sleeps" for a reason.

Yes, it is expensive but not if you plan much in advance. Like carrying all your essentials and some snacks with you. To save some money, try to travel by subway and do your homework well in advance. Tipping is a culture there so the trip may get heavy on the pocket.

Pennsylvania (the neighbouring state) - Every time I took a long breath here, I felt more and more energized and refreshed. What a beauty! The drive from New York to Pennsylvania was mesmerising. Each minute spent there, is a memory I am going to cherish forever.

The ​U.S. is such a big country that no one can ever get enough of it. I definitely look forward to making many trips to discover other states of this North American country.
