For the last three and a half years I have been in Europe, and was not aware of such a COOL service in India. A friend suggested that I book my flights with you, and I did it. Hope you continue such a reliable service in future.
It would be unfair if I forget to mention about the executive who was so patient and articulate in addressing the problems I had in my dealing which was a bit complicated. She made the entire process smooth and sailing.
