Treat Resort Silvassa

The Day and Treat resort they are charging for indoor games also for the kids. I mean to say that everything is chargeable in this resort. They are charging 1800+ taxes only for dinner buffet per person. It means if we want to go for a family trip with a three adult and two child in one day expensive maybe only for dinner buffet and they know that the outside they have no place for the dinner. That's why they are charging too much higher from the guest. The room service in this hotel is very very slow and in my room TV is not working from last eight hours. We are complaining many many times in the night. 10 o'clock. They make the resolution to on the TV. No service at all. Don't go ever.

The resort is amazing, food and very spacious rooms and comfortable rooms also have private pool for swimming and spent time together for couple or groups as well. Also the hospitality serves good 😊. We went for babymoon and time spent well they provide service according to me as i am pregnant so everyone is good. One thing that i want suggest them regarding check out time as it was too early for me (10 AM) it should be 11 or 12 i guess.

Well maintained & big property. Food was delicious. Very beautiful Location. Swimming pool is big, neat & clean.

Trusting upon MMT we did not see anything in bookings and did blind booking as we had good trust in MMT but we see now MMT is charging us heavy. we were charged almost extra and we urged to cancel our booking for the same as booking rates was on a higher side plus only breakfast was included in the meal and after confirming to other sites and agents and also to treat resort, silvassa they charge us only on the same day with all the meals included ..i would recommend everyone in my circle not to book from MMT site as i have lost trust in MMT as upon requesting to customer care we did not got what we wanted ..poor service ..

Property is good but costing very high and adventure part costing very heigh and all restaurant cost is very high, as per property is all over cost is very very highest, this rate is mumbai in 4 star hotel enjoy

wonderful experience staying in Treat resort. Perfect for 2 days stay. adventure park is a must to do activity. Food is good, but very costly if you are not taking their food package. overall pleasant stay

Stay, food staff was great. Overall great experience. Location was too good. Staff are very coordinating and solve all the issues with the minimum time.

It was an amazing stay as the property was amazing , rooms with private pool and we had yummy food too. Last but not least the adventure park, amazing.

Good resort in terms of area, amenities, area etc but rooms are not great, average maintained room, small bathrooms with old type of fittings, bed linen are not maintained, I have seen better bed and bathroom at price they charge for per night, dinner- seems like it lunger/ Bhandara, huge crowd, no one to take care which buffet counter need to refill, test of food is average, noisy place for dinner if you book with package, very costly restaurant, Breakfast- very badly managed, disappointed with breakfast today, all buffets counters are empty no one to check and understand and help guest, Heavly charged per night but I don’t see worth paying this much, all indoor games are chargeable, it was surprising to me, what does this mean if you are charging huge money per room per night, what is the meaning to have indoor games if not allowed to guests? Over all I am not happy with my stay here from 15-17 th May 25, I am sure management will take note if same

Property is huge and good but Room cleanliness is not up to the mark and needs serious consideration.

it was really fun. the adventure park added to the experience. also the spa was really good so it's a must try .. will definitely visit again . best part was that it has EV charging inside property. the restaurant is ONLY VEG inside resort but in the adventure park it has bistro which serves non veg food .
