Location is good,food is good ,all the amenities in the room was in pathetic condition like kettel is broken , all the wall in the room is damp. Bathroom not maintained properly. Floor is stained.

this hotel is on the Railway station at 1st Floor. plateform is below the hotel. no sound problem. room were cleaned with all amenities. Food service were also good

Food is worst and very very much oily and the oil they are using is unhygienic. Bathrooms old fashioned. The fare is high according to the environment of the hotel. Not even a 2 star hotel.

This was the first time had availed IRCTC services as thought process was that been govt nothing would be good but really govt is really working hard to improve the things & the stay was worth it. Nice Experience

I had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stay was good But toilets were not cleaned up to mark. AC was not working in this scorching heat.

Good place under irctc at vaishno devi railway station first floor. Room are clean. Good staff . This irctc guest house completely value for money .. as on room or domentry or 3 person room or 10 person room we get complimentry free brekfast with 5 differnt varietes like north, south indian food etc, get free 2 mineral water bottles, all in room facilites free wifi 24 hours which is one of best service for prepaid number users here and most important free pic and drop @ 24 hrs to barganga. Just 1 min walk from ur train. Friendly and helpful staff. Neat nd clean permises , good food . Very economical. Must visit the place and try. Thanks.***** starts from my sidw.

Rooms are average, infra in rooms not so good, but clean. Staff if fantastic, very helpful, hospitable and curtesy. AC in waiting room and restaurant doesnot work

Room's size is good, bads were okay okay, food was terrible, staff behaviour was great excluding the staff of canteen

It's good however, property needs a little makeover/maintenance w.r.t. room appliances, furniture, sleeping mattress, bedsheets, etc. The cost seems higher when compared to the overall stay experience.

The room was good enough and service staff at room good .Ofcourse the food quality at the guest house was poor and reported to the manager. Food quality must be improved.
