the staff of this hotel were so lethargic that when we came to this hotel no one came to dislodged our luggage. the on duty staff were just standing and seeing us dislodged our own luggage. after fem minutes they came when all the luggage was dislodged from the vehicle. at the time of check in also no welcome drink was served. the rooms were ok . overall an average experience.

Overall stay was good but I found the below issues. 1. Room service is very slow, and in our case it was unresponsive. We came back to rokm from dinner and realised we didn't have enough water. Called the reception at 10 PM, they said they will send immediately, after 30 mins I called again since it wasn't delivered, they gave the same reply. At the end we never got the water bottles delivered to room. Morning around 7:30-8am we called again, this time it was delivered. 2. No bottle opener present in room, ordered 2 bottle of beer, one bottle they immediately opened and gave. For second bottle ended up opening it with a small spoon. 3. Few or no veg desert (cake) in breakfast buffet. What was good: 1. Breakfast buffet - massive options, all were excellent. 2. Alchemy - excellent food quality and taste, their craft beer were good too. 3. Quick checkin, checkout, parking, accessibility and location. 4. Complementary bday cake that was offered.

Our stay was truly pleasant and relaxing from start to finish. The rooms were immaculately clean and provided a high level of comfort, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The food quality was consistently good across the board, always fresh and expertly prepared. The breakfast service was exceptional and a definite highlight, especially thanks to Nishal. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was well taken care of, remembering our preferences and greeting us with a warm, genuine smile every morning. That kind of personalized attention makes a huge difference. In the evenings, the Fantasy bar at the terrace was the ideal spot to unwind. It offered stunning views and a fantastic, unique atmosphere. We highly recommend this location and look forward to returning.
