Poor hotel very old property I got room 802 there was lot of noise around in night and day disappointing stay not worth the price location is also bad very difficult to find the hotel

Its a good place for money. 4 star property but good and well located to central Bangalore. Staff are good but do not expect treatment like a 5 star hotel. They do their best at what they have been trained or expected of. Thats it.

Staff was not co operative.. if customer is booking from make my trip they demand every room dining payment immediately.. it’s like you book through make May trip so they don’t trust you that at the time of checkout you will pay the bill or not.... never seen such behaviour in any other hotel....

The Hotel is located at a good location. Rooms are reasonably sized and the facilities provided are good. Food Service is reasonably good but overpriced. The In-House restaurant Ithaca had good staff and were kind enough to accommodate us in spite of their busy hours. Check In and Check Out process were easy.

Amid all this, one staff member, Deva (I’m not sure of her full name), went out of her way to check on me. She called to ask about my health and even offered me a cup of ginger tea to help me feel better. It might seem like a small gesture, but in that moment, it meant the world to me. Her kindness and empathy made me feel truly cared for — just like being at home. Thank you, Deva, for your warmth and thoughtfulness. You turned my difficult day into a memorable stay.
