Poor service, lack of communication, no one answers call at reception, got tea after two hours with many reminders, asked for chilled water, they didn't responded. Food quality is like junk and expensive. Will not recommend any one to stay there. It's worse than a lodge

The hotel was not clean at all. Washroom was not fitted with exhaust, so smelling. Breakfast is worsted. It was not prepared till 9:30. Not advisable to stay.

It was sufficient enough to stay

Beware with the hotel staff. Never take taxi on their recommendation. Room service is very poor, on account of complementary breakfast they give you discount of Rs. 90/- only on consumed breakfast.

The rooms are pathetic. The fittings dont work properly. However wireless was really fast and the room service was good.

Will strongly advise to not to stay in this hotel. Management people are rude to guest and never take note of any complaint. My package was included with B/F but hotel refused to extend the facility, after long argument they reduced only Rs.90 on account of B/F served in the room . There is no buffet B/F in the hotel. Never ask for the transport facility, as they may charge a very high amount, and will not disclose rates prior to board the taxi.

I am fully satisfied with this hotel. But, would like to mention that the hotel need renovation and modification.

Booking confirmation says rates are inclusive of breakfast but hotel has charged extra for the breakfast. Toilet door handle found broken, toilet seat cover lying damaged and reading light on bed not working. Bed sheets were old not cleaned properly. Bed tea not available before 7.15 AM. telephone number given was not working at all.

I can understand the reason why a portal like yours associated with this hotel. There was no provision of hot water in the room, I had to take bath with cold water in this winter. The intercom was not working, had to shout for room service. It took almost 30-45 min for cup of coffee. There was only one dim tube-light in the room. I would not recommend this hotel at any cost.

Excellent service. Worth recommending this hotel to the people visiting Patna for official work in Govt. Secretariat. It is very convenient.

It's a new hotel, with fairly nice, clean rooms. The service can improve with better training of the staff.

The hotel is not prominently located. The staff is friendly, the room was good but there was no running hot water in the washroom, so had to ask for a hot water bucket every time that was disgusting.

The rooms are very clean, so are the bathrooms. The room service is quick and the staff is well trained. It was a bit scary for me initially since I was a woman travelling alone and staying here for two nights. But I must admit that I felt at home barring a few odd looks from the hotel staff and the over sweet reception guy. Its great for people on short trips to Patna. The corporate class room has room adjoining the main room with a good office like space wherein you can work, meet people etc. Its definitely value for money for all those looking for budget hotels in Patna. The room service is quick and responsive. The food was also of good quality. I think its an ideal place who want to be located close to the airport in a decent budget hotel.

I dont know where to start from and what to say about this hotel. First of all I had booked a suite. However the room didn't look like a suite and looked like a normal room. Had arranged for an airport pick up however the driver didn't turn up. Had to call the hotel after reaching at the airport. We had said arrival of our flight as 17:30 hrs and the receptionist thought 7:00 PM. The rates of each and everything was touching sky. Not worth at all. We booked a suite for 2 days and still we got charged for airport pick up. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone . Room blankets not dry cleaned and stinking like hell. We were staying in a suite and we didnt even know that.

This hotel is really really sad.People from Mumbai and other tier 1 cities will find everything about this hotel pretty lousy.U are better off spending some more money and feel more secured in other hotels in patna like chanakya and maurya.

I was for official trip, stay in Royal King resort for 4 day ,. Good Food ,. Far distance from Main Road . Room was clean, room service was awesome. Daily the clean room very well. Staff behavior was good . Thanks to Royal King and Make my trip. Specially food was like a home good.

Located just off the Boring Road You can simply walk down from the main road also if, but the road is not illuminated and may feel a little uneasy Rooms are fine and so are the washrooms. Average is what can be rated. Restaurant is better avoided, and if need be food can be sought in the room.

The hotel has no real location or presence. The rooms are dirty and the service is the most horrible possible. There is very bad food available and no one responds to and call for service. Do yourself a favour do not stay here.

Average hotel, No WiFi, no tea coffee maker in room, average food, service also average... Dint like the stay. Room was good and so was the location of hotel. Staff was good and friendly.
