Worst stay ever. Dirty linens. Only bedspreads were provided, no blankets. Rooms are preoccupied by cockroaches and mosquitoes. No in-house restaurant. Food was served cold which was sourced from outside. Management was extremely rude. Especially the so called “supervisor”. Stay away from this property to save your time and mental peace.

We stayed here for just one night (16th Sept' 2022 check in and 17th check out in their deluxe room as transit passengers to catch flight to Hyderabad. Though the entrance is not so good and neighborhood did not either give a very comfy feelings, rooms were very spacious and furniture were very well maintained. Except for the dampy smell in the bedroom, stay was good experience. Property was managed by Mr. Vergheese, who really taken very good care of us.

This is a heritage hotel. Very tastefully done. Excellent staff and breakfast is excellent.

What a fantastic find, elegant classic stay

Spacious room. Clean floor and bathroom. Special treatment for foreigners which is not cool but understandable. Requested for an extra bed because I had 2 small kids with me (1 and 3 years old) but they asked for extra payment of whopping which didn't make any sense, so I denied it. So the service could be better to natives.

The room we had was huge! We loved the central location. The staff were friendly. No frills breakfast which was quite good.

Stayed a night with my sister to celebrate her birthday. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Good spacious rooms, though the ac wasn't enough to cool it up. Great location.

Loved this beautiful hotel. It was near the beach. The environment was quiet, elegant and peaceful. There was both a walk in shower with water pressure and hot water and an amazing large bath. Really enjoyed our stay. As we arrived tired from our travels a complimentary delicious pineapple juice was handed to us. They let us have the deluxe room for two nights since we booked a jr deluxe room for one of the nights per our budget.
Loved this room. It was elegant. We signed up for a smaller room for one night and they just upgraded is to the deluxe suite for the same price. Amazing staff. Delicious breakfast.

Central location but park and busy road in front make it a bit noisy. Children were looking forward to the pool but it was dirty and not cleaned even after being assured that it will be done in the morning. Breakfast menu is meagre, English breakfast was not available. Indian dishes were not prepared well. Room is spacious and well kept. Housekeeping not available at 9:30 pm to clear a clogged Bath outlet. Watchman tried to clean it but the staff had to be called back from his home to clear it.

Great experience. Very helpful staff, Location is also great, Rooms gives a heritage look and are very clean. There are only two things that might be a problem here: 1. You cannot roam around at night after 10, it's unsafe. You cannot go to beach at night which is at walkable distance. Whole fort Kochi shuts at around 10pm. 2. I was given expired bathroom products. They didn't have a replacement. Otherwise a perfect place to stay. Thanks Edward and his for being a perfect host.
