Delhi on Display

In April, Delhi hosts a rather unusual show - an exhibition for the exhibition industry. The Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) brings together companies that organise exhibitions, manage and design stands; venue owners and anyone who is involved in the operation of exhibitions. With a broad representation across the industry, the IEIA Open Seminar is now a significant event on the business calendar. To be held on April 25 and 26 this year, the event will be held at the luxurious JW Marriott Aerocity Hotel in New Delhi.

Putting India on Show

With the Indian economy being a significant force on the world stage, the ability for industries to grow and facilitate fair trade becomes very important. Exhibitions contribute to the development of a country’s economy by bringing together businesses with a common interest and encouraging commerce, exchange of ideas and new developments.

There are plenty of places to stay to suit any budget close to the airport and the venue. Alternatively, the DLF Promenade Mall has some great restaurants such as Smoke House Grill and Nando’s to grab a bite at before the journey home. You can find anything from pancakes and burgers to coffees and shakes.Timepermitting, you can even catch the latest movies at the mall’s cinema complex.
