For Thai AirAsia Airlines flights, it is convenient to check-in online as you do not have to wait in long airport queues. You can also check-in using your phone.
- Visit https://checkin.airasia.com/?culture=en and enter your Thai AirAsia Airline PNR number, family name and select the city of departure from the drop-down menu.
- Then, click on the ‘Check-in’ button.
- You can confirm then your information, select the seats, and print your boarding pass.
- If you have already checked in online, you can use the same link to reprint your boarding pass.
Criteria for Online Check-in with Thai AirAsia Airlines
- Web check-in option is available for all individuals and group bookings of up to 50 guests.
- Expecting mothers, those travelling with an infant lesser than 8 days old, passengers who require special assistance or medical help, and solo minor travelers aged less than 16 years can check in online, but are advised to identify themselves to airline staff, to ensure that all company policies are adhered to.
- For most of the Thai AirAsia flights, web check-in opens 14 days before departure and stays open until 1 hour before departure for AirAsia and 4 hours prior to scheduled departure, for AirAsia X flights.
