Nepal Airlines provides the facility of web Check-in between 48 hours to 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Passengers have the option to print their boarding pass or show the e-Boarding pass sent on their email. Baggage allowance
Nepal Airlines allows all passengers except infants one piece of hand baggage suitable for placing in the closed rack or under the seat in front without extra charge.
For security and safety reasons, the dimensions of the hand baggage must be not larger than 20"x15"x10" weighing not more than 15 lbs. The following additional items are also permitted: one small size handbag/purse, one coat or cap or blanket, one umbrella or walking stick, one pair of crutches and one small camera or binocular. An infant's wheelchair is also allowed, which is transported free of charge, but will normally be carried in the cargo hold.
All passengers can enjoy checked
baggage allowance of 30 kg on all destinations except for the Hong Kong sector which allows baggage up to 25 kg in "M", "N", "O" class and 20 kg in classes "T", "S", "L", "V", "B", "R", "W" for Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Nepal Airlines complies with International Travel Standards that do not allow passengers to carry firearms, weapons, explosive devices, flammable substances, toxic as well as chemical substances.

Passport and Visa Information
For Indian citizens travelling with Nepal Airlines, a valid Passport or original voter ID (issued by Government of India) is required. For Nepalese citizens, a valid passport or original voter ID (issued by Government of Nepal) and original citizenship card (issued by Government of Nepal) are required. For passengers below 18 years of age, a valid photo ID with proof of date of birth is required.
Children traveling alone are provided constant care while aboard Nepal Airlines. A request for the same has to be made at the time of reservation. Unaccompanied minors will be taken care of by the airlines’ special handling unit. The guardian can hand over the unaccompanied minor to the ground staff along with the necessary documents. The ground staff will do the needful and once the child boards the plane, he/she will be taken care of by the cabin crew.
In-flight services
Nepal Airlines offers great in-flight services in terms of food, entertainment and comfort. Menus aboard their flights are developed to reflect fresh, hygienic and healthy cuisine. Nepal Airlines also serve vegetarian food keeping in mind passenger preferences. A complimentary bar service is also available.
Passengers can request a wide variety of special meals for medical, dietary or religious reasons when making the reservation. All food and drinks are served on exquisite China and crystal ware.
As a Shangri-La Class or Business Class passenger of Nepal Airlines, passengers are entitled to an array of benefits and privileges, and personalized service on board the flight. The passengers are offered comfortable wide seats, and a choice of fine cuisine along with a top class selection of wines. Also, as there is no middle seat in business class sections, the two-seats-in-a-row arrangement ensures more legroom and comfort. Cabin attendants are there on stand-by to take care of all passenger needs – big or small. A comfortable pillow and blanket are also provided to Business Class passengers.
Fleet
The fleet size of Nepal Airlines is 7, which consists of two Boeing 757-200 and five de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter aircrafts.
With plans to expand its fleet, the airline has also placed an order for 2 Xian MA60 aircrafts.
Network
Nepal Airlines commutes to 8 international and several domestic destinations from its main hub in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. The airline also operates a few domestic flights from its regional hubs at Biratnagar, Nepalgunj and Pokhara.
