Checked baggage allowance for domestic travel on Air India’s economy class tickets is 25 kg, 35kg for business class and 40 kg for first class. For Economy passengers with two pieces of luggage, the total combined dimensions (length + breadth + height) of both pieces should not exceed 107 inches.
