The location is very good near cmc and. Staff & manager are very polite. Overall experience very good

Please dont book this hotel, its a terrible stay, luckily i booked it for one day.. i neglected the other negative comments, but now i can say that, all of it was true.. pathetic and terrible stay.. Gud luck whoever dont believe me..

This was the worst ever stay we ever experienced. Rooms aren't good and the man in the reception was rude.

I wanted to stay in a clean hotel room but it turned out to be unhygienic. No soap at bathroom disgusting smell.

The rooms were not as expected. The short lived without geysers attached. Congested room space and sucked by a lot of bed bugs and mosquitos.

Very worst maintenance, worst service, no hygiene. Horrible experience. Cockroach were there every where including in bed.

Worst hotel, room is unclean and rest room is worst, tv won’t work, owner behaviour is not good, be careful

No food was available infrastructure was very bad small room water problem charged for drinking water

no helper was there to carry or help to carry luggages,,toilets & rooms are not cleaning daily,,,no soap towel & toothpaste was there,,rooms were too small & ceiling fan was just above my head🤦🏽‍♂️

Rooms are not comfortable for staying (very very small room. Room service is not available. Staff are non cooperative.

It so terrible

I paid approx 1k for one night stay. According to price they have provided very poor facilities. There was no hand wash, no towel, bathroom was very dirty, water was dropping from the tap all the time. I also encountered some buds in the bed. Anyhow i managed to stay in that hotel and early morning i checked out.

Very good interior also new building. Worth for money also good manner people's but from the road to lodge entry road was small road otherwise excellent rooms

I would give average rating of my stay in sankar lingam residency. The room is very small. The elevator is too small. Hardly 2 persons without any luggage can fit. Tv was not working. No food facilities. Toilet cistern not working

Excellent service, good behaviour of staff, friendly environment etc

Located within half a km of cm c vellore hospital. In that sense it is convenient to people who has appointment in hospital. The entry location is not good as its almost 30 meter inside a narrow lane. The room is very old fashioned and not that clean. Bathroom is shabby. Room service is pathetic as i had to carry my luggage alone to my allocated room during check in. Even i had to search my room to locate. Also no food is available inside hotel.

No cooperation by staff. Congested area

The bed was small as we were three persons and booked for three persons but they gave the bed for only two persons.
