Samrat - A Heritage Hotel

Awesome hotel and ambience and location and food. Stayed with family and had a wonderful experience. It’s 5 min away from main Raut station and just at the main market of Prayagraj.

nice small hotel. good for a day or two stay. dont expect much as its a heritage hotel but vibes are very good and have some intersting instagramble spots in the hotel

The stay was comfortable. The food was delicious. The hotel does not have any hair drier and moisturiser. Maximum rooms smell of the sepage. Over all the stay was fine.

Great staff and amazing check-in experience. The food of the restaurant was scrumptious. Would definitely recommend.

No value for money, room and toilet are dirty, breakfast is below average only location is good.

It was good clean and room which i was stay was good, room 212, staff are very nice and cooperative, all over my experience was good.

This hotel's name is not samrat heritage. Rooms are dirty, bath room are terrible, even after 10 hrs driving i was planned for take bath when will reach in hotel but when i saw bathroom i changed my plan and tried to sleep but can't. I was waiting whole night for coming morning. We runs 5 am from there. I want to say better stay in railway station then this hotel.

The pictures and the price charged are not in line with the facility. There is no proper reception. The rooms are not upto the mark

Property location is good but amminties are very poor specialy washroom and no parking facilities, i don't recommend this property

It's a poor hotel, with no tv working & geyser too. It's not value for money at all, food is also very expensive, just because of location they are charging a amount of 4 star hotel.

Stayed for a night. And thank god it is for a night only. Mosquitoes, ants, and insects all accompany me in the room. Ordered a bowl of fried rice & chilly pane-er cost me a thousand rupees with dirty plates. It's completely over rated and priced.

Counter staff is not supportive. I booked 2 super executive deluxe room. But counter staff argued and provide 1 super executive deluxe room and another deluxe room which was not per my money invested for that.

I don’t recommend this hotel.

There was no cleanliness, lack of hygiene, mosquitoes in the room.

If such type of room is executive room god knows what is the condition of other categories. Phaltu type of rooms, service was not good was taking more than 50 minutes to provide a cup of tea. Anyway experience was not good.

First of all, those who are coming with their vehicle, must away from this property. As the property is in a street without parking facility. You will have to park your vehicle in open market at your own risk. Services offered by staff is not satisfactory.

The most terrible stay i have had in last two decades. - cold water baths in the month of december in allahabad, because the geyser wouldn’t work. - the commode didn’t even have a basic health faucet. - bathroom fittings are probably decades old, even the bucket/ mugs belonged to a different era. No point even talking about the shower and it’s capability to do it’s job. - a hole, literally a hole in the bathroom floor to function as a water outlet- rest of the room was okay, although not maintained well. The day we arrived, i think they were not even expecting us. Gave us whatever leftover room was available. We paid for triple occupancy but what was the point! extra bed is a mattress on the floor and who can sleep on such dirty floor. Room cleaning only happens if you ask for it. The water kettle was soo dirty that one cannot imagine drinking of water heated in it. Had to ask for it to be cleaned properly. We changed rooms once during the stay, but that didn’t change much for us. The staff though did everything they could to help us. The hotel owner needs to invest some money in refurbishing the place. Until l such time the place should be marked “book at your own risk”.
